On this week’s episode I sit down with Dr. Lakesha Farmer. Between you and me…this interview was everything I needed before I graduated from Pharmacy School, during my tenure at The Johns Hopkins Hospital and now as a Clinical Pharmacy Manager!

Dr. Lakesha Farmer is the Director of Pharmacy Operations at the West Cancer Center and Research Institute in Memphis, Tennessee. She earned her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of Tennessee Health Science Center and her Master’s degree in Business Administration from Union University. She is now the leader of 7 infusion pharmacies and 1 specialty pharmacy. She’s a preceptor for pharmacy students at her alma mater and a mentor to other young women interested in the field of Pharmacy.
